El líder espiritual de Rise of Boston
Law nació en Torreón, México, el 4 de noviembre de 1931, a Helen y Bernard Law, un coronel de la Fuerza Aérea. Hizo sus estudios de posgrado en el Seminario de San José en Louisiana y en el Pontificio Colegio Josephinum en Columbus, Ohio.
